As college applicants, students, and alumni eagerly await the release of US News & World Report's annual ranking of the nation's top colleges (announced this Friday on the US News site) Vault.com is inviting its audience to predict this year's rankings for a chance to win $100 or a limited edition Vault.com t-shirt.
By visiting http://www.Vault.com/links/Ranking, users can forecast the outcome of the rankings for a chance to win $100. Participants will submit their top 10 prediction to Vault.com and will be notified if their selection earns the top prize or a consolation prize.
In last year's US News Best Colleges ranking, Cal Tech trumped traditional favorites like Harvard, Stanford, and Princeton to claim the #1 spot.
